  • refunding a deposit if work has not started or finishing incomplete work and repairing any defects that are discovered before the work is finished (this includes any costs arising from theft or vandalism that occur after the non-completion claim has been accepted)
  • repairing damage caused by fire, storm or tempest in incomplete works (if the claim for incomplete work has been submitted and accepted)
