Greg has been a Director of Boards for 30 years, and a member (now Fellow) of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) since 1992. Over the last decade, Greg has balanced a sequence of CEO and executive leadership roles with several Board positions. He is a respected, trusted leader and is widely regarded as a competent and professional advisor across Queensland’s business, government, community and political spheres.

Greg’s experience includes land use and infrastructure planning, property development, project delivery, economic development, stakeholder and community engagement and corporate governance. Over the last 20 years, his leadership has focused on public and private sector asset owners and private sector development advisory/consulting businesses experiencing substantial transformation.

John Anderson, Deputy Chair

John Anderson

Mr Anderson is a respected Aboriginal Elder, tertiary qualified with extensive board and leadership experience. He is the Chair of Coexistence Queensland and a Community Member of the Board of Professional Engineers Queensland. Additionally, Mr Anderson is a sole trader and has been Executive Director of Pi-CaTS Pty Ltd since 2005 following a 30-year career with Queensland Government including with the then Queensland Transport and Main Roads, and the Rail and Ports Division of Queensland Transport throughout central west, south west, and south east Queensland. 

Mr Anderson is a former Toowoomba-based Regional Manager (Cultural Heritage) of the then Department of Environment and Heritage. He is also a former Federal Council Member of the Australian Council of Trade Unions through his membership of the Community and Public Sector Trade Union (State Public Services Federation Queensland) and was active in the public sector trade union movement representing Indigenous worker rights locally, nationally, and internationally.

Amelia Hodge

Amelia brings a powerful combination of legal, governance, risk management and human-centred stakeholder and commercial skills across private and public sectors, professional services, construction, insurance, energy, industry bodies and infrastructure projects.

With extensive career experience, direct P & L responsibility, broad Australian and global networks and political advocacy expertise, Amelia brings strength and energy to all that she applies attention to.

Amelia has Chair and NED experience on a range of diverse Boards and Finance, Risk and Audit Committees in the public and private sector, including global V20 leadership positions.

In her consultancy days, Amelia acted as transaction director on multiple government infrastructure projects of economic significance and has worked within the oil, gas, energy and transmission sectors.

Amelia was honoured to serve on the Council for the Order of Australia for 4 years for the Office of the Governor General.

Over 30 years, Amelia has served a range of charities advancing the lives of women and children, in addition to mentoring hundreds of young professionals and leading diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.  Additional advisory board and pro bono volunteer activities have included the engineering, NFP & Arts Sectors and several start-ups.

Colin Cassidy

Mr Cassidy holds positions on the Metro South Hospital and Health Board and two of its committees. He has significant board and committee experience and has had a long public sector career, including several senior executive roles in the Queensland Government. In the January 2020 Australia Day Awards, Mr Cassidy was awarded the Public Service Medal for his contribution to town planning, corporate services and economic development in Queensland.

Christopher Edwards

Christopher Edwards is an experienced executive and non-executive director with over 30 years’ experience delivering major projects and programs across Queensland, totalling more than $30 billion in capital investment. He is currently Executive Director – Programs at Jacobs, leading national infrastructure delivery strategy and working closely with government on complex capital programs focused on assurance, value and outcomes.

Christopher is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves on several government boards, including Racing Queensland, Community Enterprise Queensland, and Aviation Australia. He brings strong governance, commercial, and regulatory expertise to his role on the QBCC Board, contributing to its oversight of a safe, sustainable, and trusted construction industry.

Meg Frisby

 Ms Frisby is the Director of Meg Frisby Consulting, a stakeholder relations consultancy based in North Queensland. She has extensive private and public sector experience having worked as a lawyer, a Chief of Staff in state and local government and in the resources sector as a Stakeholder Relations Specialist. Ms Frisby is a strong advocate for regional and remote Queensland. 

Robyn Petrou

Robyn Petrou

Robyn brings a wealth of expertise having successfully navigated complex financial landscapes, with expertise in insurance, funds and financial management, investment and corporate strategies, risk mitigation, and advocacy.

Her tenure as CEO of a superannuation fund has been marked by innovative approaches to customer engagement, driving growth, and ensuring long-term sustainability. She currently runs her own strategic advisory firm and coach's senior executives across multiple industries.

Robyn has over 15 years’ experience as a board director in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
