The Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act) and its Queensland Privacy Principles (QPPs) set out the rules for how Queensland government agencies - including the QBCC - handle personal information. These rules include a requirement for agencies to have a QPP Privacy Policy in place. You can read the QBCC Privacy Policy here.
